Manage Tickets
Enable users to view, share and return tickets for a specific performance.

Please note this action is still in an alpha phase and is due for beta release in early February 2024.
Tickets must use line item status IDs 7, 8 and 12
To limit the data that's returned from Tessitura when requesting ticket details, Action Links only requests tickets that use a line item status ID of 7, 8 and 12. Our understanding is that these IDs are consistent across all Tessitura clients, but if you use different statuses please get in touch.
Performance timescales
The Manage Tickets action will only function for performances that are either in the future, or with a start time (in your local timezone) of up to 24 hours earlier (UTC). This is to facilitate timed entry events, and to allow for discrepancies between your local time zone and that of the server that handles the request. If these timescales need adjusting for your organisation, please get in touch.
