Tessitura
Unlock Tessitura's ticketing and CRM capabilities with Action Links' powerful interfaces, from forms to preference management.
Setting up your Tessitura integration
Action Links connects to Tessitura using the Tessitura API. To give Action Links access to your Tessitura instance you'll need to configure a user and associate it with the relevant user group to grant it access.
Get the step by step instructions for setting up a user and giving it the relevant permissions ->
Pre-Action settings
The Pre-Action layer enables you to set authorisation rules to limit who can access individual Links, e.g. requiring a user to be logged in, and to have particular Constituencies or Attributes on their Constituent record. You can also surface data to your Links from a Constituent's record that you can then use to add logic or interpolate into your content.
