What are Action Links?
Action Links are configurable interfaces that integrate with your back-end systems (Mailchimp, Stripe, Tessitura, etc.) and provide a quick way for your users to complete key tasks, such a making a donation, booking a ticket, or managing their contact preferences.
You simply add the details for your system, create Links and share with your users. We have a range of 'actions' to meet a wide range of use cases, both for customers and staff.
Here are some of the benefits of Action Links:
Action Links are incredibly quick to configure You can create a new Action Link (whether it be to accept donations, or sign up users to your mailing list) in just a few seconds. And they're very flexible, allowing you to meet a wide range of use cases with each Action;
Follow best practice design Action Links have been designed to meet best practice design and accessibility conventions, to deliver the best possible experience to your users;
Efficiently hosted and secure Action Links are hosted using a serverless architecture and are therefore capable of scaling without intervention to accommodate hundreds of thousands of requests in just a few seconds. Integration keys are triple encrypted, with the encryption keys stored on a separate server to the encrypted keys. No client customer data is stored on any part of the infrastructure;
Integrations available off-the-shelf You can connect your systems to Action Links in just a few minutes. Once connected, you can re-use that integration across multiple Links, making it easy to expand the range of Action Links interfaces you use in your organisation;
Use Stripe for payments Payments are all processed through your Stripe account(s) allowing you to negotiate your own fees, and enabling you to offer your customers a wide range of payment methods.
